WAIT LISTING: Space for this semester's participating families is reserved during the pre-registration period for the class currently attended. Transfers to other classes take place on a space available basis. In order to hold space in your current class while awaiting confirmation of a transfer, we must receive payment in full by the pre-registration deadline. Confirmations will be sent once open enrollment begins.

REFUND POLICY: A $15 non-refundable registration fee will be applied to all applications. No refunds are granted after the first day of class. Cancellations within 7 days of class start are charged a $25 fee that may be applied toward future sessions. Classes are subject to change or cancellation if not filled and participants are offered full refunds. Please note that instructors are subject to change. Instructor changes are not grounds for refunds.

MISSED CLASSES: Gateway Music Together LC does not provide refunds or credits for classes missed due to illness, vacations, or personal schedule conflicts. Students are encouraged to schedule up to two makeups for missed classes at no charge on a space available basis. All makeups must be scheduled during the session in which the child has been absent.

SIBLING POLICY: In order to ensure that our classes maintain the quality and educational purpose that our families have come to expect, it is necessary for us to limit the number of students in the classroom. It is for this reason that we are able to accomodate non-registered siblings on a space available basis only. PLEASE NOTE: ALL GUEST SIBLINGS MUST BE REGISTERED IN VIA OUR ONLINE MAKE-UP SCHEDULER, IN ADVANCE!!!

PHOTO RELEASE: Gateway Music Together LC may take and edit photographs and video recordings of participants to use in printed, online or video formats for advertising and/or educational purposes. Gateway Music Together LC., its agents, employees, and assigns are hereby released from all claims regarding invasion of privacy, defamation, or any other cause of action arising out of the exhibition or distribution of these materials.
